Job Description: Sales Manager

Darien Pilates is a classical, boutique Pilates studio in Darien, CT. With a focus on private, one-on-one and semi-private classes, we help people to prevent injury and to continue their athletic lifestyle, giving them the freedom to feel more empowered and in control of their bodies than they ever have. We are fully invested in our client’s journey to feeling, looking and living better. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to oversee client relations + sales.

Job Responsibilities:

●  Membership consultations + onboarding new clients
●  Tracking memberships + client retention
●  Following up on sales leads and client scheduling requests via email, text or phone.
●  Keeping communication w/staff about schedule changes and up to date w/staff availability.
●  Working with the owner to create and formalize systems for the business + facility management and other projects.

Requirements:
●  Experience in a managerial sales position
●  Understanding of client retention and relationship building
●  Experience with using MindBody Online or has used multiple software platforms such as MS Office suite, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

The ideal candidate is experienced in the workforce, prefers working autonomously, appreciates freedom in their work, is a self-starter, used to managing projects and desires creativity to help evolve this position. This person also has a regular fitness routine in his/her life.

This position is part-time, in our studio, and 15-20 hours a week with potential for bonus on sales goals. Vaccination required.
